Return and Cancellation Policy
1. Payment and Fees
Current payment methods are available via cash, bank transfer, and Visa card. All fees paid for services are due once the service has commenced or is initiated.
2. Non-Refundable Service Fees
Service fees paid to Awasem are non-refundable under any circumstances once work has begun or the request has been submitted, regardless of the decision of the relevant authority (approval, rejection, or delay). Government fees and fees charged by third parties are also non-refundable except according to the policies of those respective entities.
3. Service Commencement, Cancellation, and Refund
Once service commencement, Awasem reserves the right to deduct the cost of any services actually performed, in addition to any fees or commitments paid or reserved with third parties, in the event of cancellation by the user.
4. Mechanism and duration of refunds
In the event that any amounts of money are refunded to the beneficiary (as a result of the cancellation of a service that was not started or according to what is approved by the company), the process of refunding the money is done exclusively through the same original payment method or in the way that is determined by the company, and is subject to the time periods set by the banks or electronic payment service providers.
