Terms and Conditions
1. Definition and Parties
The Smart Visa and Business Platform, hereinafter referred to as the “Platform,” is operated by Awasem Without Borders Tourism and Travel Company, hereinafter referred to as “Awasem,” a company duly registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Using the Platform or requesting any of its services constitutes full and binding acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The user acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
2. Nature of Services and Company Role
Awasem acts as an intermediary for certain visa-related services, including, but not limited to: visa application processing, document preparation, insurance arrangements, and document translation.
Awasem is not, under any circumstances, a government entity, embassy, consulate, or any entity authorized to issue or make decisions regarding visas.
3. User Responsibility
The user bears full and exclusive responsibility for:
• The accuracy, validity, and completeness of all data and information provided.
• The validity of the attached documents and paperwork.
• Any consequences arising from the submission of incorrect or incomplete information.
Awasem disclaims all liability for any delays, rejections, or direct or indirect damages resulting therefrom.
4. Application Processing Time
Application processing time varies depending on the user's response time in providing the platform with the required documents and information, in addition to the procedures and requirements of external parties (including embassies and service providers).
Any estimated timeframe is not binding on Awasem.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Awasem makes no express or implied warranty regarding:
• Visa approval.
• Visa issuance time.
• Application outcomes.
Awasem acknowledges that all final decisions rest solely with the relevant official authorities or external service providers.
Awasem also assumes no liability for:
• Application rejections or delays.
• Cancellations or modifications to reservations.
• Changes in policies or requirements by external parties.
• Any resulting financial or moral losses.
6. Payment and Fees
Current payment methods are available via cash, bank transfer, and Visa card.
All fees paid for services are due upon commencement of service implementation.
Service fees paid to Awasem are non-refundable under any circumstances once work has begun or the request has been submitted, regardless of the decision of the relevant authority (approval, rejection, or delay). Government fees and fees charged by third parties are also non-refundable except according to the policies of those respective entities.
7. Service Commencement and Cancellation
Once implementation has commenced, Awasem has the right to deduct the value of any services actually performed, in addition to any fees or commitments paid or reserved to third parties, in the event of cancellation by the user.
8. Intellectual Property and Platform Protection
All rights related to the platform belong to Awasem, including but not limited to:
• Trade name.
• Content and text.
• Design and visual identity.
• Business mechanisms and operational models.
• User experience and functional structure.
All of these are protected under the intellectual property laws applicable in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and relevant international treaties.
The following are strictly prohibited:
• Copying, imitating, reproducing, or duplicating in any form.
• Using any part of the platform or its operating model.
• Creating or operating any similar platform, directly or indirectly, that may cause confusion or suggest a relationship or affiliation with the platform or Awasem.
Awasem reserves the right to take all civil and criminal legal action without prior notice in the event of any violation.
This clause is effective and binding even in the absence of a formal trademark registration.
9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. In the event of any dispute arising from the interpretation or implementation of these Terms, the competent courts in Amman (Palace of Justice) shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate the matter. 10. Amendments to Terms
Awasem reserves the right to amend, update, or change these Terms and Policies at any time. The updated version will be effective immediately upon its publication on the platform.
Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes express and binding acceptance of the updated version of the Terms.
